Do you want to be involved in development projects and be part of a competent and inclusive work environment? Nammo Raufoss is looking for a committed team leader for our design department.

The department consists of around 70 employees who provide design services for both development and production projects throughout Nammo Raufoss. The group leader will have the main responsibility for managing their own group, continuous improvement work and operational design work, and reports to the Manager Design.

Duties:

  • Resource management of incoming jobs and projects.

  • Develop common work methodology and collaboration, also between the groups on design.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes.

  • Personnel responsibility and safeguarding of HSE.

  • Assist with onboarding and cover competence needs in the group.

  • Assist in recruitment processes.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Engineer/Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/design. Other relevant education/experience may also be relevant.

  • Relevant management experience.

  • Experience in design work or product development.

  • Experience from improvement work.
