This has led to strong growth in the defense sector - and Nammo Raufoss, which is the Nammo Group's largest subsidiary, has been given a central role in this development. To strengthen our capacity and ensure good financial management in an increasingly complex and growing project portfolio, we are now looking for an experienced, analytical and structured Controller.
This is a unique opportunity for you who want to combine financial insight with technology understanding, and help deliver solutions that are important for good financial management at Nammo Raufoss. You will be part of a competent professional environment with high ceilings and good support. The finance department is based at Raufoss, but Nammo offers home office solutions for the right candidate. The role reports to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities
A large part of the job as Controller will be the follow-up of investment projects. You will be a financial advisor and an important sparring partner for the project managers in the major projects. You will participate in the company's cross-functional Controller environment, and be an active contributor to the development and standardization of tools, methods and processes for financial follow-up, including further development of systems (Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Bl). Other key responsibilities/tasks will be:
Ensure comprehensive financial management in large development and investment projects, with the main focus on budget follow-up, cost control and reporting.
Prepare accurate financial analyses, periodic reports and forecasts, and ensure correct and regular reporting that gives key people insight into progress.
Proactively identify financial risks and deviations, and propose measures for risk reduction and improvements. This includes, among other things, handling advance financing and assessing how changes affect the projects.
Contribute to the overall overview and management of the company's total project portfolio, through consolidation of forecasts, progress analysis and assessment of tied-up capital across ongoing projects.
We want you to have:
Higher education in economics, finance or accounting.
Experience from project controlling, controlling, auditing or similar.
Good skills in written and spoken Norwegian
Experience with Microsoft D365 and Power Bl
The position requires that the candidate can be security cleared by national security authorities and that a valid police certificate can be presented.
