Information security is therefore an important focus area within the HSE work, and we are therefore looking for a professionally strong and committed advisor in the field.

HSE Advisor Information Security is an exciting and professionally challenging position, where you will help to ensure that Nammo can manage its information assets efficiently and securely in accordance with a complex threat picture in a strictly regulated international industry in constant change.

As HSE Advisor Information Security, you will be responsible for contributing to the necessary maintenance and continuous improvement of the established certified management system for information security. Typical tasks in this work will be:

  • Conducting risk analyses
  • Conducting internal audits
  • Internal training and raising awareness of information security

What is your professional background?

We believe the right candidate has a professional certificate or higher education (BSc / MSc) in information security or similar. Relevant work experience is an advantage and can also compensate for lack of prior experience. Knowledge of ISO 27001 is a prerequisite, although certification is not a requirement. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of the Security Act and associated regulations. In addition, experience from relevant security work, document control and internal training will be an advantage.

  • You are structured and have good analytical skills
  • You are self-driven with strong implementation skills
  • You enjoy acquiring new knowledge and are happy to share it with the department and the team
  • You are educational and have good communication and presentation skills.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
