The maintenance department at Nammo Raufoss AS consists of 67 competent employees. The department is divided into nine zone workshops and is responsible for the maintenance of the company's machines, equipment and buildings.

The maintenance department is looking for three maintenance coordinators who will work together with the department's group leaders and operational personnel. Are you one of them?

The positions as maintenance coordinators are part of the maintenance department's salaried group. Nammo Raufoss is a growing company, with many exciting projects, and this will provide good opportunities for professional development in an engaging work environment.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Prioritize maintenance tasks in collaboration with group leaders, based on HSE, availability, professional assessments and costs.

  • Prepare maintenance plans, and in collaboration with group leaders coordinate operational maintenance resources.

  • Follow up and develop preventive maintenance.

  • Plan, coordinate, follow up work orders and associated documentation.

  • Analyze maintenance activities and documentation.

  • Develop and take ownership of the department's maintenance system.

  • Ensure that spare parts inventory is updated and that necessary spare parts are stocked.

  • Drive continuous improvement activities in collaboration with our maintenance teams.

Qualifications

  • Engineering school, Technical vocational school and or professional certificate in electrical or mechanical subjects.

  • 5-10 years of work experience from industrial maintenance work.

  • Preferable with knowledge/experience from work in explosive areas.

  • Good experience with maintenance systems, e.g. Hexagon EAM, D365

  • Very good knowledge of HSE.

  • Very good technical understanding

  • Very good computer skills

  • Good written and oral skills in Norwegian and English
