We are looking for 1–2 organized, proactive, and service-oriented employees for a large and exciting R&D environment that is growing. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees and contributing to efficient operations.

You will be a key contributor to training, good structure, high-quality support processes, and a well-functioning work environment. The role requires that you thrive at the intersection of people, systems, and the organization, and that you are able to create a smooth workflow in a varied workday.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

Administrative and coordinating tasks:

  • Planning and assisting with management meetings (agenda, minutes, and follow-up).

  • Contributing to the structuring, standardization, and streamlining of work processes.

  • Assisting with resource planning and project follow-up.

  • Monitoring and developing internal management and planning systems.

  • Supporting day-to-day operations such as meeting coordination, reporting, time tracking, and sick leave follow-up.

  • Serve as a driving force in HSE work for the department.

  • Plan and execute internal events, gatherings, and workshops.

  • Coordinate the use of facilities and manage supplier relationships.

Training and professional development:

  • Onboarding and training of new employees.

  • Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external training courses.

  • Ensure documented and traceable training in accordance with requirements and guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain e-learning solutions and training materials.

  • Contribute to a structured and systematic approach to the company’s professional development.

  • Structure and conduct training.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant education in administration, HR, education, technology, or a related field.

  • Experience in an administrative or coordinating role, preferably in a technical or skills-intensive environment.

  • A good understanding of systems and solid digital skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across the organization.
