
We are looking for 1–2 organized, proactive, and service-oriented employees for a large and exciting R&D environment that is growing. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees and contributing to efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
Administrative and coordinating tasks:
Planning and assisting with management meetings (agenda, minutes, and follow-up).
Contributing to the structuring, standardization, and streamlining of work processes.
Assisting with resource planning and project follow-up.
Monitoring and developing internal management and planning systems.
Supporting day-to-day operations such as meeting coordination, reporting, time tracking, and sick leave follow-up.
Serve as a driving force in HSE work for the department.
Plan and execute internal events, gatherings, and workshops.
Coordinate the use of facilities and manage supplier relationships.
Training and professional development:
Onboarding and training of new employees.
Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external training courses.
Ensure documented and traceable training in accordance with requirements and guidelines.
Develop and maintain e-learning solutions and training materials.
Contribute to a structured and systematic approach to the company’s professional development.

We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant education in administration, HR, education, technology, or a related field.
Experience in an administrative or coordinating role, preferably in a technical or skills-intensive environment.
A good understanding of systems and solid digital skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across the organization.
