Nammo Raufoss Ammunition is establishing a new product area - 155mm Rocket Assisted Projectiles (RAP) - to strengthen the focus on artillery systems with integrated rocket motor and increased range.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will take a leading role in industrializing, scaling and delivering this product area in an international market. The role combines technical weight, business responsibility and leadership, with direct impact on deliveries, profitability and further growth.

Your mission:

You will have overall responsibility for the program and product area - with clear ownership of deliveries, technical completeness and profitability.

You will:

  • Drive the program from industrialization to commercial deliveries

  • Take total responsibility for deliveries - quality, time, cost and contract

  • Own the commercial follow-up: Revenue, margins, forecasting and risk

  • Ensure scalable and robust delivery capability through capacity, volume and production maturity

  • Identify and drive improvements that strengthen delivery capability and profitability

  • Lead key projects in strong and multidisciplinary teams

  • Own product configuration and ensure control of baseline, changes and traceability

  • Interact closely with development environments, production and customers to ensure holistic and competitive deliveries

Who we are looking for:

You have experience leading complex programs or projects, and are comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, manufacturing and business.

We're especially looking for someone who combines leadership with solid technical confidence:

  • Solid program or project management experience from industry, defense or equivalent

  • Documented ability to deliver results with accountability for finance and profitability

  • Confident in understanding, challenge and make decisions on complex technical issues

  • Good system understanding and experience with industrialization and production-related deliveries

  • Commercial understanding - including contracts, margins and risk management

  • Clear communicator who builds trust with both technical environments and customers
