Nammo is experiencing a period of strong growth and is now strengthening its security operations. We are therefore seeking two skilled Security Advisors – Site Security who will help further develop efforts to protect people, equipment, and critical assets at Nammo Raufoss AS.

These are newly created positions within a dedicated Security team, and you will be part of the HSE department at Nammo Raufoss AS. You will play a key role in developing the company’s work in facility security and risk management. At Nammo, security is our top priority. We are looking for someone who wants to combine technical understanding, security expertise, and strategic consulting in one of Norway’s most exciting industrial environments.

As a Security Advisor, you will help safeguard Nammo’s human and material assets through analysis, consulting, and the development of security measures. You will work with risk assessments, facility security, and asset valuations, while also helping to develop our strategies for securing physical assets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk analyses and risk assessments

  • Perform asset valuations of facilities and critical resources

  • Work with facility security in accordance with the Security Act

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of security measures

  • Prepare reports and decision-making documentation for management

  • Support the organization with security-related advice and assessments

Qualifications:

  • Relevant higher education in security, emergency preparedness, or a related field. Relevant experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.

  • Thorough knowledge of security risk analysis in accordance with NS 5832

  • Knowledge of laws and regulations governing the security and protection of critical assets, classified information, and military equipment

  • Experience from similar security-related positions is an advantage

  • Relevant operational experience from the Armed Forces, the police, or other security organizations

  • Ability to prepare reports and analyses that provide a sound basis for decision-making in a complex organization

  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written

  • Is flexible and must be prepared to work regularly at Raufoss
