In support of our production.

Nammo Raufoss is experiencing rapid growth and is currently expanding its production capacity.

With a sharp increase in production activity, the maintenance department will play a key role in ensuring proper maintenance and actively contributing to continuous improvements in production.

The maintenance department at Nammo Raufoss consists of 66 dedicated employees.

The department is divided into nine zone workshops and is responsible for maintaining the company’s machinery, equipment, and buildings.

Nammo Raufoss’s factory consists of many buildings with technical systems that require inspection and maintenance.

The number of buildings is growing rapidly.

Technical systems may include ventilation systems, heating systems, dehumidification systems, cooling systems, heat pumps, compressed air systems, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, etc.

The number of technical systems in the buildings has increased so significantly that we feel compelled to hire a dedicated maintenance employee who will be solely responsible for maintaining them.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of technical systems in buildings.

  • Periodic inspection of sprinkler systems and emergency lighting.

  • Responsible for coordinating contracted assistance from external companies.

  • Documenting work orders and technical information.

  • Actively contribute to improvement efforts within your own department and in relation to the customer (production).

  • Participation in team meetings.

  • Participation in projects to develop and automate the operation and monitoring of technical installations (SD systems).

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A trade certificate as an industrial mechanic, ventilation technician, plumber, or other relevant education.

  • Relevant experience with building services installations is desirable.

  • Experience with SD systems is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Good knowledge of HSE.

  • Strong technical understanding.

  • Good general computer skills.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
