The Explosives Division at Nammo Raufoss AS consists of 185 employees and is a central part of the company’s production operations.

The division manufactures energetic materials, ammunition components, shoulder-fired rocket systems, and finished ammunition for military use.

We are now looking for dedicated operators who want to contribute to the production of advanced, high-tech products.

Job responsibilities range from:

• Manual assembly and specialized machinery to fully automated production lines.

• A vocational certificate in Production Technology or a relevant background.

• Experience in goods manufacturing is desirable.

• Focus on HSE, quality, and continuous improvement (LEAN, 5S, SMED).
