At the rocket motor factory at Nammo Raufoss, over 300 dedicated employees work every day to develop and produce world-class rocket motors.

Now we are looking for a clear and committed supervisor for the completion of rocket motors in our explosives area.

You will be responsible for leading a competent professional environment - and contributing directly to the development and delivery of high impact advanced technology.

Your main tasks:

• Lead and develop the team in daily production, with a clear focus on safety, quality and efficient operations.

• Drive improvement work based on LEAN principles.

• Follow up employees and contribute to competence development and well-being.

• Plan staffing and ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Participate in and carry out risk assessments and safety work.

• Collaborate closely with project and development environments.

• Contribute to the further development of production through expansion and improvement projects.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a manager who combines structure with commitment - and who is able to motivate others.

You preferably have:

• Technical college or other relevant professional background.

• Experience from production or industry.

• Leadership experience (not a requirement - we also focus on those with leadership potential).

• Knowledge of LEAN or improvement work.

• Good language skills in Norwegian and English.

• Generally good IT skills.
