Nammo Raufoss AS is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for two reliable and responsible colleagues to join our IT organization. We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in the IT profession and who want to work with on-site support in a large international group.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a reliable, structured and responsible professional with a particular interest in working with and staying up to date in IT support. You also understand the connections between security, system operations and business needs.

You always want to learn more, and are no stranger to attending courses or familiarizing yourself with documentation. When problems are solved, you are happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues.

Overarching tasks:

  • Install and maintain computers for the company's users in the most efficient way possible using automated tools

  • User support on computers, multifunction machines, video conferencing systems and mobile devices

  • Help ensure the operation and security of the company's computers and other infrastructure systems for which the IT organization is responsible

  • Prepare and maintain documentation

  • Follow-up of suppliers and deliveries within the areas of responsibility

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and security of IT systems

Education, experience and qualifications:

  • You have a professional certificate in IT operations.

  • Relevant work experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

  • You must be fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

  • You have professional knowledge of Microsoft technology and IT operations tools

  • Experience with solutions and technologies such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager/SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory is desirable.
