The Business Integration Manager – Unmanned Systems plays a key role in shaping and coordinating Nammo’s ecosystem within UAS, FPV platforms, warheads, and related radio, sensor, autonomy, and C4ISR software solutions. The role serves as the main point of contact for external actors across these technology areas, ensuring smooth integration between Nammo products and external platforms.

The position supports the Program Director through planning, prioritization, partner engagement, and execution of cross functional integration efforts. This is a role for candidates who enjoy working across multiple domains and who can translate complex technical needs into effective business and partnership strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and develop relationships with external technology partners, suppliers, and system integrators within UAS and the C4ISR domain.

  • Identify new partners, technologies, and market opportunities that strengthen Nammo’s position in the unmanned systems market.

  • Coordinate integration activities between Nammo products and external platforms, sensors, radio systems, and software.

  • Ensure proper documentation of agreements, meetings, integration requirements, and technical clarifications.

  • Support the Program Director in planning, prioritizing, and following up ongoing projects and external cooperation activities.

  • Contribute to analyses and provide input for strategic decisions and business plans.

  • Represent Nammo at trade shows, workshops, demonstrations, and other external technical and commercial forums.

 Qualifications

  • Education in engineering, mechatronics, telecommunications, software, security systems, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Experience with UAS systems, communication technologies, C4ISR or related technical fields

  • Experience in partner development, business development, or working at a technical/commercial interface is an advantage

  • Understanding of system integration and complex technology ecosystems

  • Good English skills and fluency in one of the Nordic languages
