What is the job?
As a Contract Manager with us, you will be a key person in the department responsible for contracts and tenders related to high-tech products. You will work closely with both the sales and project departments to ensure that the contracts are in line with our goals and strategies. The job also involves daily contact with both colleagues and customers, in Norway, Europe and the US.
Duties:
Participate in negotiations and prepare offers and contracts together with sales and project.
Read and analyze offer and contract documents, and be a leading employee in the process of responding to offers and negotiating contract terms.
Administer contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
Document and quality assure tender and contract related issues in line with processes and routines.
Work closely with experts across the Nammo group to achieve common goals.
Actively contribute to development and improvement work in the department and organization.

We are looking for you who have
Higher education in commercial or legal subjects, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with contract work and project management is an advantage.
Knowledge of Norwegian export legislation is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
