Nammo Raufoss is experiencing rapid growth and is currently expanding its production capacity.

With a sharp increase in production activity, the maintenance department will play a key role in ensuring proper maintenance and actively contributing to continuous improvements in production.

We are therefore looking to increase the number of employees in the maintenance department and are now seeking additional industrial/automation mechanics for the department.

These positions will support production.

The maintenance department at Nammo Raufoss consists of 66 dedicated employees.

The department is divided into 9 zone workshops and is responsible for maintaining the company’s machinery, equipment, and buildings.

As an industrial/automation mechanic, you’ll have a varied and exciting workday with excellent opportunities for learning and development in a positive work environment.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of the company’s machinery and equipment

• Documenting work orders and technical information

• Actively contributing to improvement efforts within your own department and for the customer (production)

• Participation in team meetings

• Participation in projects to develop and automate the company’s machinery and equipment (travel may be required)

We are looking for someone who has:

• A trade certificate as an Industrial Mechanic or other relevant education.

• Relevant experience in industry is desirable.

• Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.

• Strong knowledge of HSE.

• Strong technical understanding.

• Good general computer skills.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
