We are looking for new project engineers and process engineers to join our team!

Do you want to help develop and improve some of Norway's most technically advanced production processes?

The rocket engine factory has approx. 240 employees and delivers products for both defense and aerospace purposes.

Process engineer

As a process engineer, you will be close to the actual production. You will be responsible for developing, improving and following up our production processes, and you will play a key role when new products are to be industrialized.

Work tasks

  • Follow up and further develop production processes.

  • Drive improvement work in the factory together with the production teams.

  • Implement new products and processes in the factory.

  • Fault detection, analysis and root cause analysis in collaboration with operators and technical personnel.

  • Prepare and update production documentation.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams across the department.

Project engineer

As a project engineer, you mainly work with investment projects that further develop the factory. You will play an active role in the technical specification, procurement, installation and start-up of new equipment and facilities.

Tasks

  • Participate in and manage projects within production equipment, construction and factory development.

  • Prepare requirement specifications, technical documentation and decision-making documents.

  • Follow up suppliers and contribute to procurement processes.

  • Participate in FAT/SAT, installation and commissioning.

  • Interact closely with project managers, process engineers and technical professionals.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Engineering degree in technical subjects

  • Experience from production, process industry, industrial projects, construction projects or improvement work (advantage, not requirement)

  • Good technical understanding and ability for practical problem solving

  • Preferably experience with Lean, requirement specifications or investment projects
