With us, rocket engines for military purposes and aerospace products are produced in a modern and future-oriented production environment where quality, safety and competence are at the center.
To strengthen further development, we are now looking for several committed and structured training coordinators for our production facility at Raufoss.
The position is central to ensuring good and documented competence, standardized work processes and a safe and efficient working environment.
As a training coordinator, you will have an important role in developing people, systems and training processes in the factory.
You will work closely with management, operations and HSE, while helping to build a strong learning culture across departments.
Duties:
Onboarding of new employees
Planning, organize and follow up internal and external courses
Participate in training forum at Nammo Raufoss
Collaborate closely with local and central HSE
Ensure documented and traceable training
Develop and maintain elearning solutions
Collaborate with management and operations on status and objectives
Contribute to collaboration and standardization across departments
Develop and implement training models and systems for new factory
Conduct courses, training and tours
Qualifications:
Experience from training, competence development or similar work
Experience from industry or production environment is an advantage
Good system understanding and experience with digital tools
Structured and good at documentation
Good command of Norwegian, oral and written
