Our IT organization in Raufoss is looking for a reliable and responsible colleague. We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT who wants to work in on-site support at our largest subsidiary.

General Job Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain computers for the company’s users as efficiently as possible using automated tools

  • Provide user support for computers, multifunction devices, video conferencing systems, and mobile devices

  • Help ensure the operation and security of the company’s computers and other

  • infrastructure systems for which the IT organization is responsible

  • Prepare and maintain documentation

  • Follow up with vendors and monitor deliveries within your areas of responsibility

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and security of IT systems

Qualifications

  • You hold a vocational certificate in IT operations.

  • Relevant work experience is a plus, but not required.

  • You must be fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

  • You have technical knowledge of Microsoft technology and IT operations tools

  • Experience with solutions and technologies such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager/SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory is desirable.
