Nammo Raufoss AS is experiencing strong growth and is making significant investments in production facilities, infrastructure, and technical installations. We are therefore seeking an experienced and dedicated project manager/design manager for the real estate department. You will play a key role in the operation of existing buildings, as well as in the planning and execution of future construction and development projects.

Nammo Raufoss AS manages approximately 200 buildings in the Raufoss Industrial Park, and most of these are leased from Raufoss Industrial Park (RI) under a “bare house” agreement, under which Nammo has full responsibility for maintenance, replacements, and technical installations. In addition, Nammo owns several buildings within the industrial park, properties at its own test center, and a corporate hotel.

As a project manager/design manager, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating interdisciplinary projects from concept and design through to completion and commissioning. Working closely with internal technical teams, external consultants, contractors, and the project organization, you will ensure that projects are delivered with high quality, good cost control, and solutions that are equipped to meet future needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project management/design management of projects across all project phases.

• Technical responsibility for construction disciplines

• Lead the design and coordination of interdisciplinary technical project teams.

• Monitor consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Contribute to concept development and technical decisions for new buildings, production facilities, and infrastructure.

• Ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with requirements for quality, health, safety, and the environment (HSE), cost, and progress.

• Participate in procurement, contract management, and risk assessments.

• Contribute to standardization, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience as a design manager, project manager, or technical/disciplinary lead

• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in design and project management.

• Experience with large-scale construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of Dalux, SharePoint, Project, and other relevant IT tools

• Modeling using 3D BIM in Revi

• Strong understanding of various contract types, such as turnkey contracts, collaborative contracts, and construction-only contracts.

• Experience with project finance, contract management, and risk management.

• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.
