
The Explosives Division at Nammo Raufoss is seeking a supervisor who will be closely involved with people, production, and development. Here, you’ll play a key role in a high-tech production environment with responsibility, influence, and clear expectations.
Nammo Raufoss is a well-established industrial company that plays a central role in the development and production of rocket engines and ammunition-related products. The Explosives Department consists of 185 employees and is a vital part of our production environment. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your production area. You will lead 25 employees, manage staffing and shift schedules, and ensure that production runs safely and efficiently. You’ll also be a driving force in improvement initiatives, with a focus on LEAN, digital development, and the further refinement of work methods and processes.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has relevant experience in production, industry, or management.
Preferably have a technical college degree or other relevant professional background.
Have an interest in LEAN, improvement initiatives, and digital tools.
Are a clear leader who builds trust and fosters good relationships.
