Nammo Raufoss is growing steadily and is seeking a project manager for the LCS-155mm product area. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing contracts and deliveries related to the production and development of ammunition—from planning through final delivery—in some of our most complex and technologically demanding projects.

As part of the Program Office, you will be a key player in an environment that plays a vital role in public safety and emergency preparedness. Main tasks/responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery projects with a focus on HSE, quality, time, and cost.

  • Plan and manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate activities across production, engineering, logistics, and procurement.

  • Manage changes in a structured manner with clear traceability.

  • Ensure effective configuration management (SOW, acceptance criteria, and project baseline).

  • Report on progress, cost, and risk, and follow up on corrective actions in the event of deviations.

  • Contribute to sales and bidding processes in collaboration with marketing and product management.

  • Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

We envision that you have:

  • An MSc/BSc or equivalent in relevant technical or management disciplines.

  • Relevant experience with project management or project follow-up from an industrial setting.

  • Technical understanding and the ability to work in complex and interdisciplinary environments.

  • Knowledge of production processes, technologies, and relevant platforms.

  • Experience working in matrix organizations.

  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.
