Nammo Raufoss is growing rapidly, and R&D Aerospace Propulsion is looking for a manager for our newly established Electronics Engineering department.  The department currently consists of employees who deliver high-tech electronics solutions for our rocket engines, and it is expected to grow in the future. The position reports to the Director of R&D and is part of the management team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personnel and financial responsibility for the department.

  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs.

  • Professional guidance, leadership support, and training.

  • Driving continuous learning and development of work methodologies, and collaborating with other departments.

  • Driving continuous improvement efforts within the department and through the R&D leadership team.

  • Build a team with a shared cultural understanding within HSE, production, and development.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A BSc or MSc in a relevant technical field.

  • Other relevant education or experience may be considered.

  • Experience and interest in leading and developing employees.

  • Experience in product development, electronics, and technical management is desirable.

  • Strong Norwegian and English language skills, and excellent communication skills.
