You’ll help define what good Configuration Management means at Aerospace Propulsion, how CM should be organized, and how we can best support our projects in practice.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, collaborating across disciplines, and building something that isn’t already fully defined. Here, you’ll have professional responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to see concrete results from your work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that our projects implement and carry out configuration and change management in accordance with our contracts and internal requirements.

  • Ensure structured handling of product data, drawings, and specifications.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A technical college degree, bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience.

  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management and Change Management.

  • Experience using PDM (Product Data Management) tools.

  • Nammo uses Windchill.

  • Excellent written and spoken Norwegian and English skills.

  • Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 10007, and FS 7610-1960 is a plus.

We believe you’ll thrive with us if you are:

  • Organized and detail-oriented.

  • Enjoy building systems and structures.

  • See solutions and opportunities for improvement.

  • Are self-motivated and collaborate well across disciplines.

  • Are not afraid to ask questions and challenge established ways of working.

  • Confident in yourself.

Here’s what we can offer you:

  • Excellent career opportunities in a growing company.

  • Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

  • The opportunity to influence key processes in a rapidly growing company.

  • A thorough onboarding process with a mentoring program and a work environment characterized by a culture of supporting one another, based on our values: commitment, precision, and consideration.

  • A stable and secure workplace with competitive terms and conditions.

  • Flexible work schedules with time off during Easter and Christmas in exchange for working 12 minutes extra each day.

  • Generous pension savings, salary, and parental leave benefits.

  • Health insurance.
