We in the NCC department Civil North are now looking for a KMA coordinator with a focus on Quality, Environment and Sustainability. The position is an important part of our work in order to continue to run and develop the area within our department and sees a suitable location in one of our offices in Luleå, Skellefteå, Umeå, Örnsköldsvik or Sundsvall.

The position as KMA coordinator
In the position, you are the department's central support and advisor and handle issues related to quality, work environment, environment, sustainability and climate. By acting as our expert and working closely with our project and operational KMA engineers, you drive development and our continued actions in the area forward.

The work also takes place through participation in various working groups and networks as well as by assisting at early stages, for example with tender work and by holding training courses in the subject. You act as the department's communication channel between projects, department and NCC centrally, are responsible for quality assurance of project documents within quality, environment and work environment for the projects and participate in and carry out audits in your area.

You are part of the department's specialist unit, which consists of 16 people and report to the department's specialist manager.

About Civil North
NCC's Department Civil North has approximately 450 employees and operates in land and construction with everything from design and construction to production. Our operations stretch from Kiruna in the north to Sundsvall in the south, where Värmland is part of the department.

Your profile as KMA Coordinator
The position suits you with a relevant university education, preferably with a focus on sustainability, quality and the environment and at least 5 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry, alternatively project experience such as supervisor, site manager, project engineer or KMA manager in projects.

As a person, you enjoy working with many contact surfaces both internally and externally and independently initiate, drive and coordinate issues towards set goals. You have an ability to analyze and prioritize activities and improvement measures and then independently drive these towards results. Quality, environment, sustainability and climate are issues that you are passionate about and have a great commitment to. We see it as important that you can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.
