We are a safe and modern organization that gives you the opportunity to work with the latest technical platforms. As a coordinator, you report to the KMA Manager and will serve at the project's establishment in Västerås, working hours are daytime.

You drive processes towards set goals in accordance with NCC's central strategies and the goals that NCC has established together with Region Västmanland. The role also includes creating good relationships with other managers and employees in the project and other units within NCC.

Main task: Permit Manager Hot Work with follow-up and coordination responsibility for the daily Hot Work carried out by NCC and subcontractors on site in the project.

If time permits: Perform / be a support in safety rounds, work preparations, synergy management and participate in the KMA group's follow-up of NCC and subcontractors' work.

Review of NCC and subcontractors' safety work both before starting the project and ongoing follow-up.

For this position, it is a requirement that you have worked for a number of years in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on work environment and / or production.

More desirable if you have worked in the role of supervisor, work environment engineer or have production experience with a focus on KMA in larger projects. We see that you have relevant education for the position.

We attach great importance to you being driven and forward with a good ability to clearly communicate with others. You are responsible, careful and structured and it comes naturally to work with planning and follow-up. You are used to and enjoy handling several tasks and issues in parallel and acting on new priorities and changes. You are used to administrative tasks and have a good knowledge of the industry's regulations and nomenclature as well as adequate rules and standards. You find working with digital tools stimulating and are no stranger to reporting in structured processes.

The position is a permanent position with placement at our project office in Västerås, working hours are daytime. In accordance with NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on our final candidates.
