NCC Industry Stenmaterial is now looking for a production support, in our world it is a production-related administrator who supports the business with many different tasks, large and small. The location is in Biskopstorp outside Halmstad, but you will support the business throughout Halland.

The role as Production Support
As Production Support with us, you are offered a wide variety of tasks, where your main task will be to support our managers and employees in production. The role includes payroll administration for about 15 employees. You will support our central customer center in Borås in questions about price lists, customer agreements and invoicing issues. Other tasks may include compiling financial documentation, producing and compiling statistics, handling various documentation and reconciliations, ordering office supplies, writing minutes, etc.

We are looking for a qualified administrator who wants to make an impact and become a cog in our business.

Your profile

We see that you have an education of at least upper secondary level. You have good experience of independent administrative work, where work with payroll is a requirement. Furthermore, you have very good computer skills and knowledge of Office365. We also see that you have worked with financial management, accounting and posting.

You enjoy working independently but also in a team, taking responsibility and own initiatives. As you will have large contact areas both within the business and with external contacts, it is important that you enjoy creating good relationships with different types of people and that you have the ability to adapt to new situations.

B driving license is a requirement.

The position is a full-time, permanent position. Probationary period will be applied. Location is Biskopstorp, Kvibille. Travel may occur.
