You are involved in the early stages, manage customer contacts and additional sales in ongoing projects and are responsible for ensuring that the customer's expectations are met. About Civil Middle The Civil Middle department is part of the Infrastructure business area, which today has a strong position in the market, and above all in Gävleborg. We build and develop the future environment for work, living and infrastructure and carry out various types of projects in land, road and construction within the region. Your profile as Project Manager You have many years of experience in acting in the role of leader and have experience in production-related roles within the construction sector or from the client's side. Basically, you have a construction engineering education and/or equivalent experience as well as good knowledge of construction law and finance. You are driven by doing good business and therefore understand the importance of building good customer relationships so that you create good projects together. You have the ability to keep calm in stressful situations and dare to make decisions under pressure. As a person, you have a coaching leadership where you are confident in leading and distributing work. You are driven and have the ability to bring the group with you so that you reach set goals. Structure and planning in both the short and long term is a prerequisite for you to be able to run several parallel projects. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
