The role of Project Manager As a project manager for our construction operations, you are responsible for a profit unit with a turnover of approx. SEK 100m/year distributed over a number of larger or smaller projects. You work with projects mainly in hydropower but also other types of construction projects. To help you, you have a number of civil servants and professionals for whom you have personnel responsibility and are involved in the implementation of the projects. You support the site manager throughout the production process, manage customer contacts and are responsible for ensuring that the customer's expectations are met. In some cases, you are also involved in the tender work and always have thoughts of selling additional projects to existing customers. About Department Civil North Department Civil North has approx. 450 employees and operates in land and construction from design and construction to production and maintenance in infrastructure, construction work and service in, among other things, land and VA work. We are divided into several production groups, where you belong to the production group Anlagning Västerbotten and Vattenkraft Norr- and Västerbotten. Your profile as Project Manager You have several years of experience from construction production within a facility or from the client's side as well as experience in managing staff. Concrete class 1 is a desirable qualification. As you have overall responsibility for both the project's finances and personnel, good knowledge of project management is required, which includes planning, production calculations, risk assessments, financial follow-up and various production methods. You thrive in the role of leader and realize how important it is to set clear goals for your project and communicate this to your employees. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships with your employees and to create teams that work together. You are driven by doing good business and therefore understand the importance of building close customer relationships so that you create good projects together.
