Job description:Do you want a broad administrative role where structure, quality and coordination play a central role? As an Administrative Coordinator within Asset & Execution at NKT, you will work closely with the business in Sweden and Poland and contribute to efficient and well-functioning processes in time reporting, system support, documentation, purchasing and travel. You will be part of a global organization that contributes to the green transition.
Create order and quality in daily operational work
In the role of Administrative Coordinator, you are responsible for providing structured and reliable administrative support to the Assets & Execution organization. You work closely with joint managers, technicians and other support functions to ensure that administrative processes function correctly and according to current guidelines.
The role also includes the following responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of time reporting, travel, purchasing, invoices and documentation
- Update and maintain information of records and certificates
- Manage purchasing, goods receipt and invoices in SAP
- Coordinate travel and training related to the business
You report to the Head of Assets and Execution, Grid Solution. Location is in Karlskrona. Travel is limited.
Structured and service-oriented administrative coordinator
You are thorough and thrive in a role where you coordinate several parallel tasks. You value clear processes, collaborate well across functions and contribute to a professional and supportive work environment. You create order, follow up on details and communicate in a clear and respectful manner.
In addition, you have:
- Experience of administrative work in a large organization
- Experience of working in SAP and other administrative systems
- Good ability to work with Excel and administrative records
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
