Job description In the role of Assembly Supervisor, you will supervise assemblers in an innovative and high-tech workplace. You are responsible for carrying out assembly and quality assurance before and after sampling on high-voltage cables in our high-voltage lab, a workplace that is completely unique in Sweden. You are the one who makes sure that everything has its place, is done correctly and with an eye for development you see opportunities for continuous improvement. You manage a team of experienced fitters who carry out the actual assembly and quality assurance.You plan the work and keep time sheets in phase and well updated. The role of assembly manager also includes some standby duty. Who are you? To succeed in the role of Assembly Manager, effective leadership is a crucial factor. You see yourself as communicative and clear, and have the ability to express and explain, for example, technical instructions in an educational way.
