We are looking for an Assembly Manager for our High Voltage Laboratory - an exciting opportunity where you will lead a skilled team working with high voltage cable assembly and advanced high voltage technology.
About the role
As an Assembly Manager, you will be responsible for both assembly leaders and assemblers in connection with electrical and mechanical high-voltage tests. We are looking for a communicative leader who enjoys developing people and creating good conditions for others to succeed.
Your main responsibilities:
* Overall prioritization and planning for the department
* Plan and coordinate necessary staff training
* Develop and maintain plans for equipment, tools and workspaces
* Overall responsibility for quality and compliance of test setups and relevant measurements
Communicative and committed leader
You are a structured and communicative leader with the ability to optimize and find effective solutions. You are motivated, proactive and used to managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Collaboration and finding good compromises are examples of your skills.
We also look for your CV to include:
* Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
* A personal interest in technology is a requirement
Meritorious experience:
* Technical university education
* Technical work experience
* Experience with high voltage cable accessories
