Do you like to participate in the daily work while contributing to clear working methods and good collaboration? As a Gate Supervisor, you have a key operational role in the warehouse environment.

Operational and administrative role in warehouse environment
The role of Gate Supervisor is an operational position without allocation responsibilities. You work closely with the Warehouse Manager and supervisors and contribute to efficient workflows, order in the warehouse and good teamwork.
The work includes both practical elements and administrative tasks, with a focus on ensuring that routines are followed, materials are handled correctly and that new staff are introduced in a structured way.
Your tasks
- ensure correct handling of incoming and outgoing materials according to established routines
- work operationally in the warehouse with packing
- contribute to order and structure for safe and smooth warehouse management
- participate in weekly and monthly meetings and follow up on agreed activities
- introduce and support new colleagues in working methods and routines
The role is approximately 80% operational and 20% administrative. Location is at Luma and reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
