This is an exciting opportunity to work in a development-oriented organization where you will establish and build our security structure to meet future challenges.  Manage and coordinate security and fire safety efforts In the role of Head of Security, you will manage and coordinate all elements of security and fire safety for NKT’s operations in Sweden and Denmark. You are responsible for developing and implementing robust security policies and ensuring that all measures comply with legal and statutory requirements. In this position, collaborating with internal departments and the Group Security function is essential to create a consistent strategy focused on safety and risk management. Your CV includes: * 10 + years of work experience in similar security issues * Good knowledge of Swedish laws in the security field * Experience in leading, developing and motivating others * Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written * Drivers license B Higher education and knowledge of the Swedish electricity and energy system is meritorious.
