Job description:As a manager of shift industrial electricians and mechanics, you will have a central responsibility in the maintenance activities at our production facility. The role combines daily coordination, personnel responsibility and safety work in an international industrial environment with high demands on structure and cooperation. You will be part of a global company in development, where maintenance and availability are crucial to the business.
Coordinate and develop maintenance work In the role, you are responsible for the industrial electricians and mechanics who work 5 shifts. You will work closely with production to ensure safe, efficient and well-coordinated maintenance work. The position includes personnel responsibility, participation in improvement work and follow-up of the results of the business.
Main responsibilities:- Participate in safety work, including incident reporting and risk assessments- Distribute and coordinate work within the department together with the planning function- Reprioritize staff resources in case of urgent maintenance needs- Follow up KPIs and finances and make decisions based on outcomes- Ensure skills development, mandatory training and employee interviews
The position is daytime and located on Verkö in Karlskrona. You report to Maintenance & Mech/EI engineering.

You have a present and respectful approach towards others and contribute to a work climate where cooperation and improvement work are a natural part of the work. You are confident in taking responsibility for both people and operations and have the ability to create stability even when conditions change.
You also have:- Experience of maintenance in an industrial environment- Experience of personnel responsibility in maintenance or production- Knowledge of systematic safety work and risk assessments- Experience of monitoring KPIs and basic finances
If you also have experience of systems such as API, MES and SAP as well as structured improvement work, such as 5S or LEAN, it is a plus.
