Job Description:Installation Supervisor for Testing in KarlskronaWould you like to lead a team in one of Sweden’s most unique testing environments while contributing to the green transition? We are now seeking an Installation Supervisor for our high-voltage laboratory in Karlskrona. Here, you’ll combine leadership and technology in an operation that tests high-voltage cables in an international, high-tech environment.
Develop, Motivate, and EngageAs an Installation Supervisor at NKT, you’ll lead a team of experienced installers responsible for installation and quality assurance before and after testing high-voltage cables. Your leadership is key to fostering engagement, structure, and the right conditions for the team to achieve strong results.
You will plan and monitor daily operations, ensure that resources are used efficiently, and coordinate work with a focus on safety, quality, and delivery. This role gives you the opportunity to combine hands-on leadership with technical expertise in an operation that is entirely unique in Sweden. Some on-call duty is included in the role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and develop installers in their daily work
- Ensure safety, quality, and delivery in accordance with NKT’s guidelines
- Plan, prioritize, and follow up on work within the operation
- Contribute to continuous improvements in work methods and processes
You are responsible for ensuring that installation and quality assurance are carried out according to plan and that resources, materials, and schedules are used efficiently. In this role, you will collaborate with various functions within the organization and help develop both the team and our work methods.

We would like you to have:
- Experience leading or coordinating staff
- Experience in industrial operations, production, or another technical environment

- Strong ability to plan and organize work
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A college degree in engineering or equivalent experience is a plus
