Job description:Laboratory Engineer for Material Technology in Karlskrona

Then this might be the right job for you! Material Technology in Karlskrona is expanding in line with the company’s growth and is now seeking a Laboratory Engineer.
As a Laboratory Engineer with us, you’ll play a central role in ensuring high quality and reliability in our laboratory results. You’ll help meet the growing demand for materials testing within NKT and work closely with customer projects, R&D, production, and other business areas. Here, you’ll be an important part of our efforts to enable and accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy future.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, perform, and report on laboratory work in accordance with applicable standards and instructions.
- Perform quality control of incoming materials and quality assurance of selected manufacturing steps.
- Manage, maintain, and be responsible for laboratory equipment.
We are looking for someone who is organized, meticulous, and methodical in their approach to work, and who is motivated to learn new things. In addition to the above, you should have the following:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or physics, or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a plus
