NKT is growing and we are now looking for an HR Business Partner with solid experience of working in a production environment. With us, you will be a key player in continuing to develop a strong and business-oriented HR function in a business that is on an exciting growth journey.
A role close to production
As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic and operational partner to production management. You support managers and leaders in an environment where pace, work environment, skills supply and union collaboration are central parts of everyday life.
You are expected to be able to navigate in a business with both high technical complexity and large staff volumes. The role involves independent responsibility for a large production area and requires high integrity, clarity and business understanding.
Among other things, you will:
* Provide qualified and challenging support to production managers in both daily and strategic HR issues
* Driving labor law processes and negotiations in a collective bargaining environment
* Support in issues related to work environment, rehabilitation and systematic work environment management
* Support the organization in change work linked to expansion, streamlining and competence transition
* Ensure robust processes for skills supply, succession and performance in production
* Contribute to developing leadership and culture in an environment with high demands on safety, quality and delivery precision
Who you are
To be successful in this role, you need to have experience of working closely with blue collar operations and understand the conditions that characterize a production environment.
You are a clear and trustworthy partner to managers, even in challenging situations. You have the ability to combine structure and analysis with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
We look for you to have:
* Relevant academic degree in HR or equivalent
* Several years of experience as HR Business Partner in an industrial or production environment
* Solid experience of trade union collaboration and collective agreements (preferably Teknikavtalet)
* Very good knowledge of Swedish labor law
* Ability to combine operational presence in the business with a strategic perspective
* Very good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement
