Job description:Become part of a global company and play a key role in the green transition
Our lead extrusion facility in Karlskrona needs to expand its team and is now seeking machine operators who want to work for a global company and help drive the green transition. Shift work involving problem-solving and a strong focus on quality and safety. As a machine operator, you’ll handle all tasks within your area of responsibility—from preparation and setting up upcoming production runs to execution and follow-up. Together with your team, you’ll ensure that production runs as planned and maintain quality at every stage. You enjoy making adjustments and tweaks when needed, and you thrive on tackling problems that require quick solutions. Safety is our top priority and is at the heart of everything we do.
The work will be conducted in 5 shifts, which means varied working hours during the day, night, and weekends.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and setting up machines and equipment
- Monitoring operations
- Quality assurance
- Material handling
- Collaborating with other shifts and support departments such as production engineering, quality, and project departments

• Technical background, at the high school level or higher education• Several years of experience working in industry• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
