Shift work with problem solving and a strong focus on quality and safety The welding line (FS50) is located in Dynapac's premises and there you will work in a small group of four people and only one shift team. The machine line is in the start-up phase and is a new concept for NKT and has only had sporadic production for a few years. Here you get the opportunity to be involved in the development of both machine and process. As a machine operator, you are responsible for all work steps in your area - from preparation and positioning of future production to execution and follow-up. You have frequent dialogues with those responsible for various projects and together with your team you ensure that production runs as planned and that quality is maintained at every stage. In addition, you enjoy screwing and adjusting when necessary and like to quickly solve problems that arise. Safety is our top priority and permeates everything we do. The work will be carried out during 5 shifts, which means varied working hours both day, night and weekend.
