Shift work with problem solving and a strong focus on quality and safety As a machine operator in the area, you perform all work steps in the area of responsibility - everything from preparation, setting up future production to execution and follow-up. Together with your team, you ensure that production runs as planned and ensure quality at all stages. As a machine operator, you enjoy screwing and adjusting when needed, as well as facing problems that need to be solved quickly. Safety is number one and permeates everything we do. The work will be carried out during 5 shifts, which means varied working hours both day, night and weekend. Your main tasks consist of: Preparation and setting of machine and equipment Control of operation Quality work Material handling Interaction with other shifts and support departments such as production engineering, quality and project departments Curious, responsible and thorough To thrive with us, you should be curious, responsible and have an interest in developing according to set goals. The work requires that you as a machine operator have the ability to comply with and follow given instructions and document work performed according to current procedures.
