Shift work involving problem-solving and a strong focus on quality and safetyAs a machine operator, you will handle all tasks within your area of responsibility—from preparation and setup for upcoming production to execution and follow-up. Together with your team, you ensure that production runs as planned and guarantee quality at every stage. You enjoy tinkering and making adjustments when needed, just as much as you like tackling problems that require quick solutions. Safety is our top priority and permeates everything we do.

The work will be conducted in 5 shifts, which means varied working hours during the day, night, and weekends.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and setting up machines and equipment
  • Monitoring operations
  • Quality control
  • Material handling
  • Collaboration with other shifts and support departments such as production engineering, quality, and project departments

Curious, committed, and meticulousTo thrive with us, you should be curious, committed, and have an interest in developing according to set goals. The job requires that you, as a machine operator, have the ability to comply with and follow given instructions and document completed work according to applicable procedures. Structure and attention to detail characterize your work, while discipline and the ability to adapt align with your personal qualities. A large part of the work involves manual tasks, which requires that you are technically skilled and meticulous in your work. To thrive in this role, you are comfortable handling changes on short notice and enjoy working both in a team and independently.

In addition to the above, you should have the following experience:

  • Technical background, at the high school level or higher education
  • Several years of experience working in the industry
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • You must be comfortable working at heights.
  • You must feel confident working in an elevator environment.
