Job description:Become part of a global company and play a key role in the green transitionOur extrusion line in Karlskrona needs to expand its team and is now looking for machine operators who want to work for a global company and help drive the green transition.
Shift work involving problem-solving and a strong focus on quality and safetyAs a machine operator, you’ll handle all tasks within your area of responsibility—from preparation and setting up upcoming production runs to execution and follow-up. Together with your team, you’ll ensure that production runs as planned and maintain quality at every stage. You enjoy making adjustments and tweaks when needed, and you thrive on tackling problems that require quick solutions. Safety is our top priority and is at the heart of everything we do.
The work will be conducted in 5 shifts, which means varied working hours during the day, night, and weekends.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and setting up machines and equipment
- Monitoring operations
- Quality assurance
- Material handling
- Collaborating with other shifts and support departments such as production engineering, quality, and project departments

The job requires that you, as a machine operator, have the ability to comply with and follow given instructions and document completed work according to applicable procedures. Your work is characterized by structure and attention to detail, while discipline and the ability to adapt align with your personal qualities. A large part of the work involves manual tasks, which requires you to be technically knowledgeable and meticulous in your work. To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable handling changes on short notice and enjoy working both in a team and independently.
In addition to the above, you should have the following experience:
- Technical background, at the high school level or higher
- Several years of experience working in the industry
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
- You must be comfortable working at heights.
- You must feel confident working in an elevator environment.
