Are you a creative and responsible engineer who wants to contribute to the green transition? Do you want to be part of our investment projects and improvement activities to secure our growth?

Our Maintenance Engineering department is expanding, we are therefore looking for new colleagues who will contribute to our continued success.

Participate in investment projects and improvement activities

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work on sustainable, long-term solutions that improve operational reliability. Through your work, you will be involved in continuous improvements of our machinery by participating in our investment projects on both practical and theoretical levels. You will also be responsible for creating regular analysis in your area of expertise and providing technical knowledge and input for maintenance development.

In addition to the above, you will also work on:

  • Being an interlocutor between the maintenance department and production
  • Creating instructions for maintenance
  • Responsible for keeping the right spare parts in stock

Communicative engineer who thrives in a changing environment

We are looking for a responsible person who thinks creatively, constantly striving to explore improvements and opportunities. In addition, to thrive in the position, you should be comfortable in rapidly changing contexts where you can maintain coordination of different tasks and communications simultaneously. You play an important role in fostering community and collaboration, both within your team and across the company.

In addition to the above, your CV includes:

  • A technical degree or similar work experience in automation, mechanical or electrical maintenance
  • Good knowledge of Office programs
  • Fluent spoken and written communication in both Swedish and English

Experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage. Even if you do not meet all requirements - let us know. Knowledge gaps can be filled and the most important thing is your potential, motivation and interest in contributing to our future.
