We are now looking for an Order Manager for our test business within HV Solutions - Laboratories! About the role As an Order Manager with us, you will have a key role in our test business where you are responsible for managing and coordinating internal test orders from start to handover. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers and planners to ensure that each test order is feasible, properly planned and clearly communicated. You are the first point of contact for incoming orders and are responsible for conducting feasibility assessments according to our established processes. When an order is ready, you make sure it is handed over to the right project manager with all the necessary information. You also keep track of statistics and follow-up, ensuring that any bottlenecks or resource needs are quickly identified and escalated. Your main tasks will be * Manage incoming test orders and coordinate these between different sites * Perform feasibility assessments according to established process * Keeping track of statistics and follow-up of open cases * Carry out handovers to project managers * Collaborate with colleagues in Sweden, India and Germany * Drive improvements in the order management process You are structured, solution-oriented and enjoy working in an environment where many different functions interact. You will have contact with both Swedish and international colleagues, which means that good communication skills and a willingness to cooperate are crucial.
