Are you a structured person with an interest in technology who thrives in a role with varied responsibilities? We are now looking for an Order Handler for our testing operations at NKT in Karlskrona.

About the role

As an Order Handler with us, you will play a key role in our testing operations, where you will be responsible for managing and coordinating internal test orders from start to handover. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and planners to ensure that every test order is feasible, properly planned, and clearly communicated.

This is a fixed-term position for the period August 24, 2026 – April 30, 2028.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage incoming test orders and coordinate them between different sites
  • Conduct feasibility assessments according to established processes
  • Maintain statistics and track open cases
  • Handle handoffs to project managers
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Sweden, India, and Germany
  • Work on improvements to the order management process

You are organized, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where many different functions work together. You will be in contact with both Swedish and international colleagues, which means that strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate are essential. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks, has a technical interest, and wants to help ensure our testing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In addition, you also have:

  • An engineering degree or experience in HVDC testing
  • A structured, organized, and communicative work style
  • An interest in testing operations and a comfort working in a technical environment
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in order management or project administration is a plus
