We are looking for a Process Engineer for the Material Technology department in Karlskrona
We are currently strengthening our team that works with following up, developing and supporting our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with production, R&D and the materials laboratory.
We are looking for someone who is good at communication, interested in production technology and would be able to help us further develop our production of high-voltage cables. We as a team strive to "Optimize production processes through increased quality, higher production speed and reduced production stops".
Your main tasks will be:
* Follow up the production
* Coming up with ideas for improvements/changes and following them up
* Supporting in case of problems and in root cause analysis
* Support R&D and production engineering in changes and investments
We are looking for someone who is resourceful, easy to communicate with all types of people, thorough and quality conscious. You thrive in a production environment as well as in a more academic environment. The role requires you to take a lot of responsibility for your own tasks and to be driven.
In addition to the above, you should have the following:
* You have a high school engineering degree or higher, but may have acquired similar knowledge through experience.
* You have good knowledge of Swedish and English both in speech and writing
* Knowledge/experience of: Calculation or simulation tools, materials science, statistics.
