Organize, manage and improve daily production As a Production Manager, you are responsible for planning, organizing and allocating tasks within our production unit. Your leadership is crucial to creating a safe, efficient and forward-looking work environment. You work cross-functionally to coordinate resources and implement improvements that support long-term sustainability and performance. Your main tasks will be to: * Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment * Ensure the right skills and staffing * Plan and manage production schedule and resources * Be responsible for budget and cost efficiency Carry out continuous development and machine maintenance You will report to the Workshop Manager and be based at our production facility.
