Managing and optimizing sustainable manufacturing operations
Do you have experience in a manufacturing business and are looking for your next leadership challenge? Or have you previously held leadership roles in manufacturing and are ready to take the next step?
As a Production Manager at NKT, you will play a key role in shaping efficient and sustainable production processes. This is your opportunity to lead a team of 20-30 committed employees, implement continuous improvements and contribute to the green transition within a global company. Organize, manage and improve daily production
As a Production Manager, you are responsible for planning, organizing and allocating tasks within our production unit. Your leadership is crucial to creating a safe, efficient and forward-looking work environment. You work cross-functionally to coordinate resources and implement improvements that support long-term sustainability and performance.
Your main tasks will be to:
* Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment
* Ensure the right skills and staffing
* Plan and manage production schedule and resources
* Be responsible for budget and cost efficiency
Carry out continuous development and machine maintenance
You will report to the Workshop Manager and be based at our production facility.
Travel may be required.

You also have
* Three-year secondary education
* Completed leadership training
* Proven management experience in production
* Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
* Experience of SAP and Microsoft Office
