Machine safety, improvements and development As a Production Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for our modern machinery and work with four focus areas: HSE, operations, improvements and development. You are responsible for improving machines and working methods with a focus on safety, efficiency and high quality. We support the production lines with tools, instructions and preventive HSE work, where risk identification and safety improvements are central. Another important area is to increase productivity and availability in production. You will work closely with other departments, participate in development projects and be responsible for smaller investment projects. Your main tasks: * Risk prevention HSE work and development of safe machine solutions * Development and quality improvements * Operational preparations * Optimization of machines and working methods * Investment projects * Documentation, financial calculations and quotation work Structured and innovative technician This role will suit you if you enjoy working methodically while finding creative solutions to technical challenges. You manage multiple tasks in parallel, maintain high quality and deliver with precision. You collaborate easily with others and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
