Machine safety, improvements, and development

As a Production Technician, you’ll be part of a team responsible for our modern machinery and will work across four key areas: HSE, operations, improvements, and development. You will be responsible for improving machinery and work processes with a focus on safety, efficiency, and high quality.

We support the production lines with tools, instructions, and preventive HSE work, where risk identification and safety improvements are central. Another key area is increasing productivity and availability in production.

You will work closely with other departments, participate in development projects, and be responsible for smaller investment projects.

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Risk-preventive HSE work and development of safe machine solutions
  • Development and quality improvements
  • Operational preparations
  • Optimization of machines and work methods
  • Investment projects
  • Documentation, financial calculations, and quotation work

Structured and innovative technicianThis role is ideal for you if you enjoy working methodically while finding creative solutions to technical challenges. You handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain high quality, and deliver with precision. You collaborate easily with others and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your background:

  • Education in production engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or similar
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
