In this role, you are the central link between engineering, production and project teams, ensuring that the right accessories are selected and delivered on time - both in the tender and project phase. Ensure accurate and timely accessory coordination As an Accessories Coordinator, you are responsible for managing incoming Engineering Orders (EO) and supporting various departments by being the main interface to the Accessories department. You play an important role in ensuring that the right accessories are selected and delivered on time during both the tender and project phases. To help you with technical depth, you will work closely with Product Owners. Your responsibilities will be to: - Coordinate accessories in projects carried out at NKT Karlskrona - Supporting senior engineers in selection of accessories in sales tenders - Ensure that accessories are delivered on time to projects - Develop and improve processes around ordering of accessories - Work closely with departments such as R&D, Service, Installation and Production You report to the line manager and are located in Karlskrona. Travel may occur depending on the needs of the projects. You are proactive, thorough and have a strong sense of responsibility. Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different teams is essential to achieve goals in the role. You also have: - Experience in engineering, tendering or project management - Good organizational skills and coordination skills - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar (merit) - Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English - A solution-oriented approach and ability to work independently - Experience from technical project environments (meritorious)
