In this role, you will drive exciting development projects to enable the future of cable production. Take the lead in investment projects for the future of cable manufacturing As a Project Manager in Production Development at NKT, you will play a central role in driving our investment and development projects, from improving existing production lines to investing in new equipment to enable future needs. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring that projects are carried out efficiently and with high quality. Our technical solutions are tailored to meet our high standards of machine safety, user-friendliness and quality. These aspects will be crucial in your work, where you will ensure through structure and clear leadership that projects are delivered according to set targets. You will be responsible for all phases of the project - from initiation and planning to implementation and closure, ensuring that the work follows our Project Methodology for Investments (PMFI) throughout the project. Throughout the process, you will continuously monitor and evaluate health, safety and environmental parameters to ensure a safe, sustainable and efficient implementation plan that meets both internal requirements and external regulations. As a project manager, you will analyze, anticipate and prevent risks, and present regular status and performance reports to the department management. Through a structured and systematic approach, you ensure that your projects are carried out efficiently and in line with set targets for time, budget and quality. Determined and motivating leader To achieve the set goals and be satisfied in the role of project manager, we would like you to have experience of running projects in production or industry. Previous work in a coordinating or leading role, where you have been responsible for coordinating different technical areas and stakeholders is essential. If you also have experience in machine design, safety work or similar technical development projects, it is an advantage. You excel as a decisive leader while maintaining a respectful attitude towards the value of diversity. You consistently recognize the importance of different people's contributions, skills and partnerships to the success of the project. As each solution and high voltage cable is designed based on customer requirements, the workflow must be consistent yet flexible to adapt while maintaining budget, plans and delivery dates. You possess the ability to make quick decisions and delegate to maintain focus on results and delivery. Your goal-oriented approach ensures that deadlines are always met. In addition, your CV includes: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field or similar work experience in manufacturing or similar. * Previous experience as a project manager or similar coordinating role with good problem solving skills. * Experience with the Props/GATE approach to project management is advantageous. * Have a structured working methodology that you can convey to your team. * Good experience with MS Office. * Experience with Microsoft Project or the SAP business system is an advantage. * Previous knowledge of CE marking, Machinery Directive and applicable standards is considered an advantage. * Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
